In your role as Coordinator, Data Integrity at The North West Company (NWC), you will be responsible for the enforcement of NWC item data standards within the central data system. Through various data review processes and leveraging of system knowledge, this role will act to remedy various item data issues to ensure adherence to our framework of data expectations. Modest reporting duties will be expected as to support trend assessment in areas of opportunity.

Execute data audits with focus on key areas of item data error risk , adhering to predetermined schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Update and maintain respective SOPs for each report
Monitor data audit volumes, analyze record count trends, and effectively communicated summarized findings to the data management team
Review for proper identification of items that are eligible within applicable subsidy programs
Validate item weight information in support of accurate subsidy claims
Engage with key stakeholders to align on changing data practice or system enhancements that would impact ability to resolve data issues
Provide recommendations to process and report design in light of changing business needs
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years office/professional service experience
Certificate or diploma in a marketing or administrative related program is an asset
Retail experience considered an asset
Intermediary Microsoft Office with specific emphasis on Excel and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
Detail oriented while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Ability to prioritize and accomplish work independently and within a team to meet deadlines
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
