Your Role:
- Accountable for winter wrap procedure of product, with an emphasis on our Banana process;
- Perform Inbound Receiving Department functions, including unloading and loading trailers, strapping, and sorting cartons;
- Process merchandise to proper locations for shipping;
- Operate hand-held computers to fulfill orders;
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment; and
- Receive product within the warehouse and restock.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience including shipping and receiving is required;
- Able to work quickly and efficiently to complete responsibilities and consistently meet production requirements;
- Must possess strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently;
- Able to complete physically demanding tasks;
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Preferably experience with a forklift, high stacker, order picker, and electric pallet jack. Must have willingness to train to receive appropriate certification for required use of powered equipment; and
- Must be able to work individually and as a team.
