Customer Service Representative - Logistics

In your role as a Customer Service Representative – Logistics, You will provide Tier One Store Connect support by ensuring tickets and claims submitted by stores and internal departments are addressed and resolved within established SLAs. Provide backup support for WLSC Reception as required and participate in a rotating on-call support schedule. Perform any additional support-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Logistics Customer Service Coordinator.

Your Role:

  • Ensure all Store Connect tickets are reviewed and resolved within established SLA timelines.
  • Ensure all claims are processed and resolved within established SLA timelines.
  • Promptly escalate any outstanding or non-payment of claims to the Logistics Customer Service Manager.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotating basis as required.
  • Provide Back-Up Support for Reception at WLSC.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum one year of experience in cargo or transportation operations is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and assignments effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving skills, and willingness to navigate complex scenarios involving multiple technical systems.
  • Knowledge of TNWC’s transportation network and experience with various transportation modes would be considered an asset.
  • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as part of the rotating on-call schedule.
  • Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.
