Junior Parts and Accessories Associate - Motorsports

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a  Junior Motorsports Parts and Accessories Associate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports and some knowledge of parts and accessories for various vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more. This role involves actively engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, processing orders, ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of The North West Company (TNWC) motorsports’ goals and objectives.

Your Role:
  • Drive sales, foster customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company's motorsports parts business.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales and profitability and process calls, emails, service desk tickets, website requests, and release special orders efficiently to maximize revenue.
  • Process P&A requirements for Service and Sales department.
  • Advise customers on various options and where possible, up-sell and suggest additional items.
  • Release special orders.
  • Support other departments when needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience: 
  • 1+ years working in a Parts and Accessories dealership environment or equivalent experience.
  • Must have a Class 5 Driver's License
  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
  • Must be detail conscious while demonstrating a high level of accuracy recording lost sales according to procedures.
  • Experience with Ski-doo, Honda and Yamaha preferred.
  • Experience with OEM systems preferred (BossWeb etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, planning and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge with CDK Light Speed is an asset.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Location:   NWC Motorsports, 2010 Notre Dame Avenue, Winnipeg, MB
Reports to: Parts and Accessories Manager
